In the Women’s Big Bash, the Thunder belted Brisbane at North Sydney Oval this afternoon.
The home side posted a massive total of 192, before Sam Bates did some early damage with the ball.
Fellow Hunter bowler Maisy Gibson then snared the vital wicket of Grace Harris.
Bates finished the match with two wickets, while Gibson ended up with three, as the Thunder won by 28.
