CALLINAN ELIMINATED AT VANS WORLD CUP

Merewether surfer Ryan Callinan has been eliminated in round four of the Vans World Cup at Sunset Beach.

Callinan started well, but struggled to find rhythm in the lumpy swell, his best wave was his first, a 4.23.

In the end, he bowed out with a total of 8.26.

It didn’t affect his world tour qualification – Ryan will return next year.
