GAV’S WEATHER: GETTING HOTTER INLAND

There is a massive high centred in the Tasman still generating strong onshore winds for eastern Queensland.

The onshore winds will continue for the north western New South Wales and south east Queensland.

The trough moving in from the west will force increased heat to eastern Australia.

Partly cloudy for the north eastern parts of New South Wales and south eastern section of Queensland, with a few small isolated showers.

Getting hotter for the North West and Greater Hunter Region as the north westerly winds begin to blow in.
