PROS TEE OFF IN LISMORE FOR LEGEND PRO-AM TOUR

Lismore Workers Golf Course has attracted a host of Australia’s best elder statesmen for the latest stop on the Legends Pro-Am tour.

Leading competitors Brad Burns, Tim Elliott and Mike Harwood have been joined by 50 others on the fairways.

“I’m going okay, I’m in the top couple in the order of merit so everything’s good, I’m trying to chase down the leader Brad Burns which is not easy because he’s playing pretty well. He won the young boys Pro-Am last week at Wingham, so he’s in great form.”

This event is the curtain-raiser, before the players head to the Byron Bay Golf Club on Friday for the $40,000 Australian Legends Tour Championship.
