BANTING STRIKES FORM IN HAWAII

Surfer Matt Banting has made it into the fourth round of the Vans World Cup in Hawaii.

The Port Macquarie product has 13 heat wins to his name, and is shaping up as a fierce contender for the upcoming quarterfinals.

With 10,000 points up for grabs, the next round could be a gamechanger.

He’s expected to hit the water again at Sunset Beach tomorrow.
