MAN INJURED IN CENTRAL COAST CRASH

A man in his 40s has been flown to hospital in a medically induced coma, after a car accident on the Central Coast.

Emergency services including the region’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to the Old Pacific Highway at Kangy Angy at around 8 o’clock this morning.

It’s understood the man was trapped inside the wreck for sometime.

He was flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition.
