A Mungindi cotton farmer has pleaded guilty to illegally pumping water from the Barwon-Darling unregulated water source.
Anthony Barlow faced the New South Wales Land and Environment Court today, accused of stealing water during an embargo and while metering equipment wasn’t working.
Frederick and Margaret Barlow also faced court, but their charges were dropped.
Anthony Barlow is set to sentenced in February.
