Dramatic dashcam vision has surfaced of a police pursuit on the state’s Mid North Coast.
The vision shows a Toyota Hilux being chased by several police cars at Forster on Monday, with the two women inside the car later arrested.
It’s alleged the pair, aged 24 and 27, had stolen a number of vehicles including at Bolwarra Heights near Maitland.
Officers initially spotted the Hilux, which was also stolen, on Viney Creek Road at Tea Gardens, where they attempted to stop it.
A short pursuit followed, before it was abandoned on the Pacific Highway due to safety concerns.
The ute was again spotted on Failford Road, with the pair arrested on the Forster-Tuncurry bridge.
Both are due to face court in Forster later today, charged with 29 offences.
