A man, who was disqualified from driving until 2054 has been arrested in the state’s north, as part of an investigation into a police pursuit at Tweed Heads earlier this year.
Specialist police searched a home on Railway Street at South Murwillumbah in the early hours of Sunday morning, where they found a 27-year-old man hiding in a closet.
He was charged with a number of offences including two outstanding warrants, and will face Tweed Heads Bail Court later today.
