HOUSE FIRE AT CESSNOCK

Two homes have been engulfed by fire at Cessnock in the Hunter Valley.

Fire crews were called to King Street just after 3 o’clock this afternoon, after reports a home was alight.

The fire quickly spread through the roof, and into a nearby home.

Two people are being treated for smoke inhalation
