A woman has died in a min-van crash on the Mid North Coast this afternoon.
The incident happened on Bucca Road, near Hallgaths Road, at Coffs Harbour at around 3:30pm.
Six people were in the Honda Odyssey when it left the road and rolled.
A female rear passenger died at the scene, while the male driver and a male passenger were airlifted to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The remaining passengers were treated for minor injuries.
