MATILDAS NAME STRONGEST SQUAD FOR CHILE FRIENDLIES

Matildas coach Alen Stajcic will welcome back a host of big names, for Australia’s two-game series against Chile this month.
Sam Kerr, Alanna Kennedy, Emily van Egmond and Katrina Gorry have all been picked in the 20-player squad for friendlies at Penrith on November 10, and in Newcastle three days later.
In all, 18 players were selected from the W-League, including Newcastle’s Larissa Crummer.
The FFA is hoping to break the official attendance record set the last time the Matildas played in the Hunter.
