UPDATE: The patient has been transported to John Hunter Hospital via road ambulance. The Rescue Chopper remains on scene, and emergency services are clearing the road.
All lanes have now been reopened, continue to allow extra travel time as delays continue.

EARLIER: A man in his 30s has suffered multiple injuries, after a single vehicle high-speed rollover near Lovedale in the Hunter Valley.
Multiple emergency crews were called to the scene around midday, with reports a man was trapped for around half an hour.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has landed on the Hunter Expressway, to take the patient to hospital.

Both northbound lanes are closed, with one southbound lane open – traffic is moving slowly.
