MARLINS FAIL TO REEL IN MACARTHUR

After a mid-week win over Macarthur, reigning State League Champions The Marlins faced The Orioles again over the weekend.

The visitors immediately seizing control with a two-run lead.

Jake Amos was in good form for the home side with three hits and one home run.

Michael Campbell was also impressive – but the Central Coast couldn’t make it back to back victories, going down 10-nine.

They’ll now host Ryde Hawks on Wednesday night at Watanobbi.
