LUCKY ESCAPE FOR TRUCK DRIVER WEST OF NEWCASTLE

A routine delivery went very wrong near Newcastle this morning, when a driver lost control of his truck on John Renshaw Drive.

The man, who was transporting building supplies, spent 30 minutes trapped in the wreckage, before emergency services could cut him free.
