INVICTUS GOLD FOR LISMORE’S NATHAN PARKER

Lismore’s Nathan Parker has won gold in the indoor rowing event at the Invictus Games.

The former pilot rowed a personal best at 1-thousand-157 metres in a four-minute endurance race.

He also managed silver in the one-minute sprint, over a distance of 338 metres.
