REPLICA BATMOBILE SELLS FOR MORE THAN $200,000

The most sought after item in this weekend’s ‘Lost in the 50s’ auction, a replica Batmobile has sold for $215,000.

It was one of many unique American pop-culture icons purchased by collectors as local businessman, Glen Jennings decided it’s time to part with his private museum.

Almost 1,000 items went under the auctioneers hammer over the weekend including 85 cars, boats and motorbikes and 700 collectables.
