A 46-year-old Bonnells Bay man is now facing multiple driving charges, following a serious crash at Myuna Bay in April.
A Holden Commodore collided head-on with a Mitsubishi wagon on Wangi Road, leaving a 43-year-old woman and her 12-year-old passenger with hip, leg and internal injuries.
The 46-year-old man is due to face Toronto Local Court in December.
