Inverell’s golf course will be a hive of activity come Monday, as senior players hit the fairways for the 2018 Sapphire City Week of Golf.
Organised by the Inverell Veterans Golf Committee, the four-day tournament is expected to feature around 90 men and women – players travelling from far and wide to take part.
Competition is stableford based, with the New South Wales Veteran Golf Association Shield contested on Tuesday and Thursday.
