INVESTIGATIONS CONTINUE FOR CARDIFF HOME FIRE

A blaze which destroyed a home in Cardiff overnight is being treated as suspicious.

The fire broke out at the Wansbeck Valley Road property around 10.30 last night.

Forensic investigators were on scene this morning, looking for clues as to how the fire started.

Residents inside the home at the time, managed to escape without injury.

It took 10 fire crews just under three hours to bring the blaze under control.
