Two men are on the run after escaping the Mid North Coast Correctional Centre in Kempsey yesterday.
Police are searching for Phillip Sampson and Kurt Reynolds who are believed to be travelling in a stolen black Toyota Camry.
The men may be driving to Newcastle or Casino.
