Police are appealing for information, following the indecent assault of a woman in Armidale on Saturday afternoon.
The 19-year old was walking through the Creeklands between Butler and O’Dell Streets, when a male tackled her from behind.
He then indecently assaulted her until witnesses intervened.
The male has been described as being in his late teens with short, black wavy hair.
