More than 500 junior rugby players from across the North West put on their club colours yesterday for the Tamworth Tri Colours Rugby carnival.
From the tiny-tots in the under-6s through to the under-12’s, the gala day was all about inclusiveness, with girls and boys combining for three matches each.
Around 40 teams from the North West region participated in the carnival, with the Maitland Blacks also travelling up the New England Highway to take part.
