TODAY SHOW LAUNCHES 2018 DROUGHT RELIEF FUND
This morning, Channel 9 and The Today Show announced the ‘2018 Drought Relief Fund for Farmers’.
The network is partnering with Rotary Australia, with 100% of donations to be distributed to farmers in need, with the help of the National Farmers’ Federation.
NFF President and Spring Ridge farmer, Fiona Simson, joined Karl and Georgie on The Today Show this morning, discussing just how much our farmers need assistance.
If you want to help – it’s simple. It can all be done online. The fund is open now. Click here to donate.
All donations will be fully tax deductible.
And don’t forget to watch The Today Show, travelling across the country to regions hit hardest from next Monday – “Fighting For our Farmers”.
It will be broadcasting from Loomberah Hall, just south of Tamworth, from 5:30am.
Please expose those who over-charge for the cost of a bail of hay. It is not Australian and is very disgusting to think some people profit from others hardship.
How is the relief going to be distributed? It’s great that the public are donating, an awesome thank you, but us farmers need stock feed now!
Please use this where it’s needed most. Sorry it’s so small but every little bit helps!
