The merger brings together the Hunter’s two biggest media brands, NBN|9 and The Herald.
It will be business as usual, with all current services provided by NBN News and The Herald unchanged, and both continuing to provide in-depth local news, sport and weather from across the region.
The merger also does not affect NBN’s plans to relocate from its Mosbri Crescent studios, within Newcastle.
