PORT CITY BREAKERS PLAY SPECIAL INDIGENOUS ROUND

This Saturday, the Port City Breakers will don a special Indigenous jersey when they run out against the Taree City Bulls.

With almost half of the first grade squad having an Indigenous background, Captain Adrian Daley has long been pushing for his club to host a ‘Close The Gap’ round.

“To do exactly what it says to do, close the Gap between Indigenous and non-indigenous people for life expectancy, child mortality, education and also employment outcomes” – Port City Breakers Captain Adrian Daley.

The game kicks off at Regional Stadium at 3 o’clock.
