PRIMARY SCHOOLS TAKE PART IN RUGBY LEAGUE CARNIVAL

Twelve primary schools from across the Mid North Coast have competed in the All-Schools Rugby League Carnival.

Port Macquarie’s St Peters Primary claimed a 12- nil victory over North Haven in the Open-A division while Laurieton Public beat St Josephs Wauchope by four points in the B competition.

In the 10’s, A division’s Wauchope Public had a four-point win over St Josephs Port Macquarie and Crescent Head defeated St Joseph’s Kempsey 20 to 8.

The winners will compete in the all schools final in Sydney on August 8.
