A Newcastle family has made the heart breaking decision to part with their home to fund their business through the light rail project.

But in a vote of confidence for the city’s future, Noris Sciara says she has no regrets.

Stephen Mount began his media career as a reporter and producer with NBN almost 20 years ago before taking up a role with National Nine News in 2003, where he was the Northern Territory's sport and weekend news presenter and presenter / producer of his own weekly sports show. In 2006 he joined the Newcastle Knights as Media and Communications Manager where he spent five seasons before moving to the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
