PASMINCO SITE BACK IN HEADLINES

The old Pasminco site at Boolaroo is back in the headlines, with developers of a housing subdivision launching legal action.

Green Capital Group has started civil proceedings in the Supreme Court against Pasminco Cockle Creek Smelter over a planned 600-lot estate.

The action concerns the conditions of the site’s sale to Green Capital.
