FORMER FARRAR HIGH STUDENT HEADED FOR RUGBY WORLD CUP SEVENS IN USA

Former Farrar High student John Porch has been announced in the Australia men’s squad to compete at the Rugby World Cup Sevens in San Francisco next weekend.

The 24-year-old is no stranger to the Sevens format, having already earned 19 caps for his country.

Though this will be his first time representing Australia at a Rugby World Cup.

The men’s side will hoping to improve on its fifth placing at their last World Cup in Russia in 2013.
