TRAGIC END IN SEARCH FOR MISSING MAN

The search for a missing person on the Central Coast has ended in tragedy.

In the early hours of this morning, police came across the body of a 34-year-old man after a motorbike accident on the Old Pacific Highway at Bar Point.

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene and police say he was the missing person that officers had been looking for at the same time.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.
