Around 1500 athletes from more than 50 clubs from across the state, will be on show at Glendale over the next five days, at the 2018 Gymnastics New South Wales Country Championships.
During the competition, athletes will take part in six different gymsports, including acrobatic, rhythmic and trampoline.
The Hunter’s Jessica Pickering will be one of the big names making an appearance on Saturday.
Last week she was selected as the only female trampoline competitor from the Oceanic Region for the Youth Olympic Games.
