NRL PREMIERSHIP RING RECOVERED: ALLEGED BREAK-INS ON CENTRAL COAST

A 21-year-old man has been charged, following multiple break-ins on the Central Coast over the weekend.

Between 1am and 3am on Saturday July 7, three homes in Picketts Valley were allegedly broken into with jewellery, cash and vehicles stolen.

Another car was also taken from a Country View Close home.

Two vehicles, a Range Rover and a Volkswagon Amarok, were recovered later that morning, after being found alight on Showground Road.

Following inquiries, investigators arrested a 21-year-old man at a Gosford home yesterday.

Officers searched the property, locating and seizing clothing, cash, cannabis, alcohol, and an NRL premiership ring.

The 21-year-old was taken to Gosford Police Station and charged with a string of offences.

He was refused bail to appear at Gosford Local Court on July 27.
