TAFE WORKING TO INCREASE ENROLMENT NUMBERS

After recent TAFE funding announcements,  the Tamworth region is seeing an increase in people taking up study.

Tamworth MP Kevin Anderson says TAFE is seeing a rise in enrolments.

He says encouraging more people to enrol in vocational courses will be a plus for the local community.

“There’s some good times ahead for TAFE, they’re going through some major restructure to ensure that TAFE remains the vocational education and trainer provider of choice, and we’re seeing some really good numbers,” said Mr Anderson.
