LAKE MACQUARIE MARINE RESCUE SEES UPGRADE

The state government says it’s hopeful of finding a solution, to Marine Rescue Newcastle’s search for a new, coastal home.

It comes as the organisation’s sister base at Lake Macquarie goes from strength to strength… attracting money for vital upgrades.

Stephen Mount began his media career as a reporter and producer with NBN almost 20 years ago before taking up a role with National Nine News in 2003, where he was the Northern Territory's sport and weekend news presenter and presenter / producer of his own weekly sports show. In 2006 he joined the Newcastle Knights as Media and Communications Manager where he spent five seasons before moving to the Hunter Medical Research Institute.
