Two of the region’s most sought after coastal sites are now in the hands of the Awabakal Local Land Council.
The decision to increase the land council’s real estate footprint was handed down despite an absence of plans for the future use of the parcels of land – and ongoing criticism about its management of the old Newcastle Post Office.
