The Newcastle Knights have secured the services of Sione Mata’utia for another 3 seasons.
The 22 year old will wear the red and blue until the end of 2021.
The centre made his debut in 2014 and has played 82 top flight games for the Newcastle.
During his rookie season Mata’utia became Australia’s youngest ever Test player when he debuted at 18 years and 129 days.
