UNE LIONS HEAD TO QLD FOR PRE SEASON TOURNAMENT

With just two months until the National Universities Rugby Sevens season the U-N-E Lions will have a chance to stretch their legs across the border this weekend.

A pre-season squad has been named for the tournament in Queensland, with U-Q, Bond and Griffith Universities all taking part.

The trial matches will be a chance for players to impress, ahead of final squad selection next month.
