DEVILS FEELING RIGHT AT HOME IN WINTRY CONDITIONS
It’s cold and frosty in New South Wales at the moment, but a special group of tasmanian devils is feeling right at home.
Extra food is provided at this time of the year at the Devil Ark, a breeding facility in the Barrington Tops north of Newcastle, that’s working to save the species.
The devils are said to be revelling in the first snowfall at the ark in two years.
Many of the females are thought to be carrying joeys in their pouches.
