A court date has been set for the case against the Wallarah-two coal mine.
The Planning Assessment Commission gave the controversial mine the green light in January.
The Australian Coal Alliance launched another legal challenge, fearing it will put the Central Coast’s drinking water at risk.
The case will be heard in the Land and Environment Court on November 12.
