The Newcastle International Supermoto is heading back to the foreshore, after a switch last year for the Supercars.
Organisers made the announcement at Nobbys Beach today.
Set down for the 1st and 2nd of September – Father’s Day weekend – the world’s best will return and race before a television audience upwards of 20-million.
“We want that Newcastle beach, we want that blue sky, that green grass. The colour, action. That’s what Supermoto is all about.” Organiser Graeme Boyd said.
And plenty of fans will be excited by that.
