PRICE HIKE FOR CHAFFEY DAM WATER

From next month, Tamworth Regional Council will be hit with a $680,000 annual charge to access water from Chaffey Dam – regardless of how much is actually used.

Tonight, council will consider a proposal on how it can get the best bang for its buck.
