Today marks 11 years since the Pasha Bulker storm hit Newcastle, and to ensure Hunter councils are prepared for future natural disasters, staff attended a seminar at Rutherford.
It highlighted the role councils play in keeping locals informed of changing conditions, during dangerous times.
