RMS VESSEL SHIPPED IN FROM SYDNEY TO COLLECT DEBRIS

Most other marine activities are scaled back or postponed until such a time as dangerous weather conditions are not a factor- Why on earth do industries consider weather warnings do not apply to their activities ? With severe and extreme weather predictions increasing rapidly it is way overdue that ‘modelling’ and actual operations were adjusted accordingly- To claim these events as rare or un seasonal is just pleading bloody ignorance. This is a fragile marine protected region with massive reliance on tourism – It is whale watching season- the area is home to many threatened & endangered species marine species & bird life , such ignorance to something as vitally important as dangerous weather is not acceptable. Heaven help you if any incompetence & or negligence regarding how these shipping containers were secured is revealed. People love this region , you cant just sweep this mess under the ocean. The impacts sadly will be long standing & far reaching .
