POLICE SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE MAN AND WOMAN IN NORTHERN NSW

Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a man and a woman, who are believed to be in the New South Wales Northern Rivers.

28-year-old Leon Edward King is wanted in relation to an alleged assault at Goonellabah last week, in which another 28-year-old man was left with head injuries.

Following inquiries officers attended a home at Dunoon to check on the welfare of 23-year-old Hannah Schofield, however were unable to locate her.

She is described as being between 150cm and 170cm tall with a medium build, and dark hair.

28-year-old King is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Island appearance, between 185cm and 190cm tall, with black hair, a beard and moustache.

Anyone who sees the two are urged not to approach them, and to contact Triple Zero.
