BLACK DOG INSTITUTE PROMOTING EXERCISE IN FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSION

The Black Dog Institute is challenging Australians to take on more physical activity, as part of ‘Exercise Your Mood’ week.

Central Coast resident, Greg Eccleston has experienced depression, and says exercise is a great way to manage mental health.

  1. Excising does not cure depression or help it I suffer from it every day and already had this crap rammed down my throat by government and it bull shit,

    I found the best thing for my depression is to be left alone and not working as it was caused by working in the first place due to unsafe working environment where the public was rude, arrogant and being assaulted by customers.
