A man will face Raymond Terrace Court next month, after allegedly blowing four times the legal limit.
Just before midnight last night, police were called to Gowrie Avenue in Nelson Bay, to reports a car had been driven onto a median strip.
Police say a 38-year-old man was helped from the vehicle, as he was unable to stand.
When breath tested, it’s alleged he recorded a reading of 0.216.
