OKON RESIGNS FROM CENTRAL COAST MARINERS

Central Coast Mariners coach Paul Okon has resigned from the A-League club, effective immediately.

It comes after the Mariners, who sit second last on the ladder, were defeated 5-2 by Melbourne Victory on Sunday.

Okon’s assistant Ivan Jolic, has also left the club, with National Youth League head coach Wayne O’Sullivan appointed as caretaker coach.
