Ex-Cyclone Linda to remain well offshore. The short lived cyclone is already back down to a subtropical low.
The low will move in close to the Queensland coast before moving back out to sea.
The south east corner of Queensland will experience strong winds and huge swell with showers before moving away from the coast.
A part from a few small showers over the Gold Coast and north east New South Wales it will be a fine day.
A hot and and sunny day is expected inland and across the North West, Greater Hunter to the Mid North Coast.
