A 20-year-old bull rider has been flown to hospital, after he was injured at the Wingham Rodeo.
It’s believed the rider was thrown from his bull, before one of the animals horns pierced the helmet he was wearing.
He sustained minor injuries and was flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
